Paste the full invite link (it starts with https://teams.microsoft.com, https://meet.google.com or https://…zoom.us/j/). She arrives as a participant within about a minute; if your meeting has a lobby or waiting room, admit her like any guest. Her status under the Invite button in your workspace says what happened last.
Hannah signs in to Zoom on her own, so meetings that simply require a signed-in participant work from the link. A meeting restricted to one company's own members is the exception: open Settings → Zoom in your Presango workspace, press Connect Zoom, approve the permission Zoom shows you, then invite her again. Removing the connection later takes one click on the same page (or remove Presango under Manage → Added Apps in the Zoom App Marketplace).
Say her name first — "Hannah, start the presentation" — or type it in the meeting chat. She needs to hear the room: check that at least one microphone is unmuted, and that nobody else is sharing their screen (she steps aside when a person shares and comes back on "Hannah, come back").
Every plan buys speaking minutes; attending meetings is free. Your balance is at the top of Settings, and invoices and plan changes are under Billing & invoices there. Refund terms are on the Refund Policy page.
Email hello@swarmcounsel.com from the address on the account and we delete the account, its workspaces and material, and any connected-service tokens within 30 days, and confirm by email. Disconnecting Zoom (Settings → Zoom, or removing Presango in the Zoom App Marketplace) deletes the Zoom tokens immediately.
Write to hello@swarmcounsel.com with the time and what you saw. We answer incidents first.
