Privacy Policy
This policy covers what Presango collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what the service needs to work, we don't sell it, and your content is used to serve you — not to train anyone's models.
1. What we collect
- Account: email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Your content: briefs, documents, and branding you provide; the decks, knowledge packs, and revisions generated in your workspaces.
- Session data: when you or your audience talk with Hannah, the audio is processed in real time to generate her replies; transcripts of sessions and meeting Q&A are kept in your workspace so you can review them.
- Usage and metering: minutes used, generations run, feature events — needed to enforce plan allowances and bill overage.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we see subscription status and the billing details Stripe shares with merchants.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service, meter and bill your plan, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and send service email (verification, password reset, billing notices). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
3. Who processes it for us
Best-in-class providers run parts of the service under agreements that limit them to processing on our behalf:
- Anthropic — language generation (deck content, answers, revisions)
- ElevenLabs — Hannah's voice
- Recall.ai — the bot that joins your Teams / Meet / Zoom meetings
- Stripe — payments, billing, tax calculation
- Resend — service email
- Cloud infrastructure hosting the service and your workspaces
4. AI disclosure
Hannah is an AI presenter and identifies herself as one at the start of sessions and when joining meetings. If you bring Hannah into a meeting, you are responsible for any notice or consent your organization or jurisdiction requires for recording or processing meeting audio.
5. Retention
Your content stays in your workspaces while your account is active. When an account closes, content is available for export for 30 days and then deleted from production systems. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes; sessions use signed cookies invalidated by password changes. Workspaces are isolated per account.
7. Your rights
Email hello@swarmcounsel.com to access, export, correct, or delete your data — we honor these requests regardless of where you live. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), those rights apply as written.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will notify you by email or in the product before the change takes effect.
