Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain-English version: cancel anytime, first purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and we fix any billing mistake in full.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace — it's self-serve, no email required. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and you are not charged again. Included minutes and quotas remain usable until the period ends.
Money-back guarantee
If Presango isn't what you expected, email hello@swarmcounsel.com within 14 days of your first subscription charge (monthly or annual) and we refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the new period's usage is incidental. Later requests are handled case by case in good faith.
What isn't refundable
Metered overage charges for live minutes already delivered, and periods of use beyond the windows above. Plan downgrades are prorated automatically at the moment you switch, so no refund is needed there.
Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full, always. If something on your invoice looks wrong, write us before disputing with your card issuer — we resolve billing mistakes within 2 business days.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, typically appearing in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
