How Presango works: build or upload a deck, hear Hannah present it, invite her to your Teams, Meet or Zoom meeting.
What Presango is
Presango is an AI presenter. Hannah studies your slides and material, presents them live in a clear voice, and answers the audience's questions from that material — in your browser, or inside your Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom meeting. She says she is an AI at the start of every session.
Getting started (five minutes)
- Create an account at presango.com/signup. No card for the free plan.
- Add a deck. Drop a PDF or PowerPoint on the workspace page, or write a short brief and let Hannah build one. Optional: add websites and documents she should know, and your branding.
- Preview. Press Preview presentation and she presents to you alone. Ask her anything by voice or by typing.
- Invite her to a meeting. Paste the meeting link into Invite Hannah to your meeting. She joins as a participant named Hannah (or the name you give her), shares the slides to the meeting screen, and waits for "Hannah, start the presentation."
In the meeting
- Her name is the switch. She listens to the room but only acts when addressed: "Hannah, next slide", "Hannah, go back to the pricing slide", "Hannah, what did you mean by…". Questions typed in the meeting chat work too.
- People come first. When someone else shares their screen she stops sharing and waits; "Hannah, come back" brings the slides back.
- Ending. Say "Hannah, you can leave", remove her from the meeting, or press end the session in your workspace. Sessions stop by themselves after two hours.
- Minutes. Only the time she speaks counts against your plan. Being in the meeting is free.
Presango for Zoom
Hannah joins any open Zoom meeting from its link without any setup, and she signs in to Zoom on her own, so meetings that require a signed-in participant work from the link too. Meetings restricted to one organisation's own members need one extra step, done once per account:
Install (connect)
- Sign in to Presango and open Settings.
- Under Zoom, press Connect Zoom. Zoom shows the permissions Presango asks for; press Allow. You are back in Presango and the Zoom section shows Connected.
- Invite Hannah to a Zoom meeting as usual. She now enters sign-in-only meetings as a participant on your Zoom account, still under her own name.
What Presango asks Zoom for, and why
- Your meeting join key (Zoom calls it the ZAK) — the only thing needed to enter a sign-in-only meeting on your behalf. It is fetched when she joins and expires on its own.
- Your Zoom profile (name and email, optional) — so the Settings page can show which Zoom account is connected, and so we recognise your account if you remove Presango from the Zoom side.
Presango never schedules, records, or changes your Zoom meetings and reads nothing else from your Zoom account.
Remove (disconnect)
Either place works: Settings → Zoom → Disconnect Zoom in Presango, or Manage → Added Apps → Presango → Remove in the Zoom App Marketplace. Both delete the stored Zoom tokens immediately; Hannah goes back to joining Zoom meetings as a guest.
Troubleshooting
- Sign In Required on a Zoom meeting → the meeting is restricted to its organisation's own members and your Zoom account is not connected (or the connection was removed on the Zoom side). Connect again from Settings.
- Connected, but she still can't get in → the meeting may require registration or a passcode that is not part of the link. Use the full invite link from the meeting's calendar entry.
Your data
Your decks, material, and the log of what Hannah said and heard in a session stay in your workspace so you can review them, and they go when you delete the workspace or the account. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is kept, for how long, and the services involved. Questions: hello@swarmcounsel.com or the Support page.
